1/3 Flemish voted for the separatists, aiming to further split the country in two independent halves. Great going as the European perspective promotes farther integration. Come on, a free trade agreement is negotiations between the EU and the US. Plans for an EU fiscal union is envisage-able. Now, down south, 1/3 Walloon voted for the socialists, mainly in order to set opposition to the northern separatists. Not realizing this is actually creating a bigger gap between the regions and progressively splitting the country even farther. Leader of the separatists uses this to point out a clear difference of opinion between the two halves of how to govern the country. Socialists are drowning the economy.
