1/8 (Part 1) The group had a beautiful sleep out in the desert watching an amazing night sky as they fell asleep. The main stop of the day was at the incredible Kibbutz Lotan- an ecological paradise set up 31 years ago by bogrim (graduates) of Netzer. We learnt about the community theyve built, sustainable development in the Negev, and of course bought t-shirts. We then headed out into the amazing EcoKef and got practical building seed balls and mud-brick bridges. #deliciousyummyagriculture After a filling lunch and a quick look around the Bustan neighbourhood of the kibbutz we left for pastures anew. #livehereonshnatnetzer We settled ourselves in up the road at Kibbutz Yahel (the very first Reform kibbutz in Israel) to have a rest. Were now preparing ourselves for our 3rd Shabbat together. #itssohot #timetorest
