Disregard trend- Stick to what you like not just because it is latest. 9. Stay healthy- Eat healthy foods, stay away from junk foods. Fruits and vegtables are good for your skin, hair just to list a few 10. Work out- Find a gym you can go to on a daily basis or find time to road run atleast everyday.
