1.How are you enjoying playing your role of Manik/Nandini on Kaisi Yeh Yaariya? Niti Taylor- I am totally enjoying playing my role of Nandini on the show! A very different character, a mature and sensible girl with a lot of responsibilitie s on her shoulder, hence a challenging but fun to work on character. The response too from the audiences has been great, which has been an even bigger motivation to perform well! Parth Samthaan- Playing the role of Manik on KY2 has been great till now! I am really enjoying it and working very hard on my character too, which has been pretty good. The response from the viewers of the show has somehow been great, and people are also becoming more aware of and liking the show as well. The journey till now has been awesome & I am sure that it will be even better, in the long run. 2.Fans have really responded well to the #MaNan chemistry, so what do you have to say to that? Niti Taylor- Yes it definitely feels great! The response has been pretty good to #MaNan on screen, which is lovely. There have been good times as well as bad times for #MaNan on the show, but the fans have just been so loyal and haven’t ever given up! So it just feels so good and totally motivates us to put in our 100% into each performance! Parth Samthaan- The response to #MaNan by our fans has just been great! They seem to have really responded well to this on-screen couple. Though yes I am seeing a lot of upset and angry views too currently, to the #MaNan bad phase, but these things always do happen in any relationship, be in in real life or on television. So please don’t be disheartened guys! Though yes, thank you for such a good response! 3.How has your experience been working with Parth/Niti? Niti Taylor- It’s been really good working with Parth. He has a very professional approach to his work and very dedicated to it too. We also share a pretty good rapport off-screen, hence it becomes easier to work in sync and coordination with each other. So yes it’s been great! Parth Samthaan- It’s been really good working with Niti! She’s a nice co-star whom I share a good rapport with, hence working together is pretty easy as we get along well! So yes, it’s going good. 4. Any fun BTS moments while shooting #MaNan scenes which you can share with us? Niti Taylor- So the other day we were shooting a scene where Nandini had to kiss Manik on the cheek, and for that our AD’s (both guys) were actually practicing with each other and showing us how to do it! It was so so funny as we all had a good laugh! So yes every #MaNan scene we shoot for is good fun, as there is always so much entertainment coming around! Parth Samthaan- There are fun moments like every single day on set! Be it shooting for #MaNan scenes or group scenes, there is always some masti happening on set. Though yes when shooting for #MaNan scenes, our directors and AD’s are always showing us how we should be romantic on screen which is very very funny! We are always laughing and enjoying all of that when shooting for those scenes. 5.Your favourite #MaNan scene on the show? Niti Taylor- Mine would be the rat scene, where Manik and Nadini are in the store room when a rat runs by and Nandini gets scared and starts screaming, after which Manik picks her up. The other one would be the scene where Nandini gets drunk at Manik’s house. So ya, these 2 are my favourite #MaNan scenes. Parth Samthaan- My favourite #MaNan scene is the one where Manik is standing beside Nandini who is looking into her wardrobe, and telling her that her earring is missing, accessories are missing etc etc. It is a pretty sweet and romantic scene which is my favourite one. 6.If you had a chance, one thing you would change about the #MaNan’s chemistry? Niti Taylor- That would definitely be Manik’s rude behaviour towards Nandini! He is always pulling her everywhere! (Laughs). So I would love to change that part. Parth Samthaan- If I had a chance, I would change Manik’s after break up behaviour currently. He is the one who is always bending down by looking for Nandini, seeing if she is alright etc etc. It should be both sides na! (Laughs). So yes, that’s what I would like to change. 7. If Manik woke up as Nandini/ Nandini woke up as Manik one day, what would they do? Niti Taylor- Just drop all the ego hassle and go confess his feelings to Nandini! Parth Samthaan- Of course go and confess her feelings to Manik! Just say I love you! 8.If not Manik/Nandini who could both characters have been paired with? Niti Taylor- Umm…then Nandini with Dhruv. As the bond they share is a really nice one, and his caring attitude really suits Nandini too. Though yes that’s not happening, as currently it is Nandini and Manik! Parth Samthaan- I guess if not Nandini, it could have been Alya! The rapport Alya & Manik share is pretty good, and so it could have been a great pair too. But yes currently it is Manik & Nandini who do compliment each other well! 9. Rapid Fire: Your Idol: Niti Taylor- Priyanka Chopra. Parth Samthaan- Aamir Khan. Favourite Film: Niti Taylor- Gone Girl. Parth Samthaan- Transformers & The Dark Knight. Favourite Actor/Actress: Niti Taylor- Ranbir Kapoor & Priyanka Chopra. Parth Samthaan- Hrithik Roshan & Vidya Balan.
