1. I am booked in to have my tonsils removed in a month, my bub will be 5 months old. Surgeon says it is an overnight stay, a week of rest and two weeks til Ill be feeling normal again. I am getting anxious about how I will cope after the surgery and keep my boy happy. I am not breastfeeding which makes the overnight stay bit easier. Looking for any advice on how to help things run smoothly. 2. My overnight breastmilk supply is drying up. I have one good boob which is good for one feed and the other is not really producing anything. My lo wakes 2x for feed and goes back to sleep. However the last 2 nights shes been wide awake as is still hungry and ive had to go and make up a top up bottle. My question is how do others do formula feeds overnight without their lo being wide awake as it takes a good half hour to an hour for me put my dd back to sleep. My daytime supply has pretty much dried up so we formula feed then. 3. Any other EBF Mums finding their LO emptying both breasts each feed? My 5 week old has just started feeding on both sides (was block feeding previously). My supply is keeping up with the demand but Im just wondering if this is a growth spurt or now a regular thing. 4. Interested in hearing from mums who had a 3B grade tear and how your recovery was short term and long term. Thanks 5. At what age did other babies use a fisher price jumperoo? We are thinking of getting our new baby one for Christmas, she will be 8 weeks old and obviously wont use it straight way, or what sort of presents would you suggest to buy an 8 week baby girl? Not clothes as she already has way too many and not even born yet lol. She is our first girl after 3 boys, thank you. 6. Looking for recommendations for toxic free varnish/paint others have used to restore an old cot. Everything I have found so far doesnt seem safe for babies. Thanks.
