1. I hate to lose more than I like to win. I mean I really hate losing at ANYTHING 2. My wife is my best friend. I knew she was the “one” 5 minutes in on our first date. We first met in middle school where she was literally 2 heads taller than me (introduced to each other by Trey Martin) 3. My son and I literally bonded the first time our eyes met (and from then on there has been no looking back) 4. When I was 2 yrs old, my mom and I went to visit my sister’s kindergarten class. One of the boys there played with me the whole time and carried me around with my face in his stomach. I couldn’t breathe so I bit him, left a big ole nasty bite mark - and he cried the rest of the day………………my sister later married him. 5. I can do a spot on imitation/impersonation of my dad with expressions, hand gestures and all. I’ve even done it a few times on the phone and people don’t know the difference. 6. I can read music and sight read all four parts– but in high school choir I used to sometimes sing off key or an octave lower on purpose to drive Mrs Powell crazy during rehearsals. I told her that I was the one a about a year before she died and she just laughed and told me she always wondered who that was. (and never dreamed it was me) 7. I don’t take sh@t from no one. I am still working on that turn the other cheek thing. If you cross me - you will pay. 8. I still think 3 wheelers rock (and still have one that I just recently restored) 9. My sister and I fought a lot growing up – mainly because we were so competitive. (a trait inherited from our Dad) 10. I love to fish and take at least 10 rods each time I go (Id prefer 12 or more) 11. When I was a freshman in high school, I was 4’11” and weighed 98 lbs 12. I am kin to Doyle Brunson – the Godfather of Poker (my mom was a Brunson) 13. I am always thinking 2-3 moves ahead 14. I was a break dancer back in the 80s 15. I played high school, college, and professional tennis. But if I could have picked the sport I would have excelled in – I would have picked baseball 16. I dont really enjoy gambling or the Vegas scene. I was good at math and can figure out the houses odds of each casino game fairly quickly. I just dont see the point. Now poker or games you play against other people - different story 17. I am extremely blessed and most proud of my family 18. I have had tennis articles published more than 100 times in various books and magazines 19. I was not the best athlete on either my high school or college tennis teams – but was the hardest worker 20. I pray for wisdom daily
