1) If an insurance company can decide what it will and will not cover, why cant an employer? (And its interesting that no one jumps all over the insurance company bc its making its decision based on greed, but heaven forbid your policy be dictated by religion.) 2) No one (insurance company or employer) is telling you what you can and cant do. They are simply saying what they won t do for you. If you want something, you CAN actually buy it yourself. Health insurance does NOT equal healthcare. These are two totally different entities.
