1)KENYA;DEPORTATION OF REFUGEES; We are appealing to the Kenyan government not to deport women and children who have sought refuge in Kenya. Our human rights watch has information that Kenya intends to deport women and children to Eritrea, Somalia and Ethiopia .The reason which they have given is that the refugees in question have abused the hospitality that they have been shown by the Kenyans. They claim that the refugees in question support the terrorist leader who ordered the attack which took place in Kenya. We do sympathise with the Kenyans .However, women and children are innocent. That action would be a breach of the human rights of women and children. So we plead with the Kenyan government to weed out men that they think could be involved .This we know they are doing it for national security. Even the law allows them to derogate or waive in the implementation of the law regulating asylum seekers/refugees. They should leave out women and children
