1. Rabindranath Tagore: Rabindranath Tagore is a world renowned Indian poet, borned in 7 May 1861, Calcutta and died: 7 August 1941, Calcutta, India. He was not only a novelist but were also a great musician, and playwrighter who give a new definition to the Bengali literature and music, during his life time. He received the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1913 for a good collection of poetry named as Gitanjali. He was the first non European and Indian man who get this award. Most of his work was written at Santiniketan, Kolkata. Munshi Premchand: Munshi Premchand is known as the writer of modern Hindi and Urdu literature, in India. Munshi ji born in July 31, 1880 in a village near to the Varanasi city and died on Oct 08, 1936. He studied urdu in his early days in a local madarsa. Munshi Premchand lost first his mother in early stage and then father. His stories and novels are the true reflection of his life and status of society at that time. He had written around 300 short stories and novels like Karmabhumi, Sevasadan, Nirmala, The Co- wife and Other Stories, Financial Accounting and Analysis, Puffin Classics: Winters Night& Other, Sevasadan, Godan, The Thakurs Well & Other Stories, Gaban The Stolen Jewels, Gift of a Cow, The: A Translation of the Classic Hindi Novel Godaan, Nirmala and Shravakaprajnapti (1905).
