1. There is no such thing as death. Death signifies such finality - TopicsExpress

1. There is no such thing as death. Death signifies such finality for most, yet the end of the life is not the end of that being. It is simply the end of a chapter and the beginning of a new one. Death only becomes the end if the subject is no longer braced, stories no longer shared, memories no longer relived. Death is not something to be feared or mourned. It is part of life and a stepping stone to a greater level. It is not understood until in a position when it is unable to be explained. The unknown is scary and the invisible nature of this natural cycle makes its an anxious, dubious, pessimistic matter. Look to those who specialise in communication beyond the grave, be aware of signs from spirit and talk with those passed over, whether it be in prayer, visualised meditation, hypnosis or simply writing a letter to release those trapped feelings of grief. Death is actually a very curious, exciting, inevitable anomaly. Think of the positives, which may be ending of pain, joining a loved one, reincarnation or any other number of happy possibilities. 2. Dont be afraid. Thoughts of loss, despair, worry about the future are all possible feelings to be brought to the surface, however, this is more a reflection of you and issues still to be dealt with inside of yourself. You are stronger than you think, and a passing over simply means that communication will be via another avenue. On a positive note, you can converse wherever and whenever you like and it will be heard. You just need to relax and quiet your mind enough to hear the responses. Dont panic and dont hold on to upset for too long. Everything will work out as it is meant to. 3. I am sorry; please forgive me. Are you wrapped in grief and self-loathing? Are you beating yourself up emotionally for a passing you feel you were responsible for or contributed to? Or perhaps a loved one in spirit wants you to know that they are sorry. It is important to forgive in order to move on, especially to forgive yourself. None of us are perfect and we all experience regret as a part of life. The main thing is that we learn from these lessons and move on. Do not dwell, do not hold grudges. To have love and forgiveness in our hearts is to have inner peace and a greater relationship with God and our spiritual self. Love, light & blessings xxx
