1. Why did God send Prophet Muhammad to the children of Israel? God sent Prophet Muhammad with the message that Jesus Isa is a prophet of God because many among the children of Israel disbelieved in Jesus Isa. Torah, Deuteronomy 18:19 It shall happen that whoever shall not pay attention to My words (God’s words) which he (the prophet) shall speak in My name (God’s name); I (God) shall require it from him (meaning that God requires the people to listen and to obey God’s prophets). 2. Why did the Jews of Yathrib believe that Jesus Isa was not a prophet of God? Torah Deuteronomy 18:20 reveals that a false prophet will die and Jesus Isa died on the cross therefore the Jews saw this as proof that Jesus Isa was a false prophet. Torah Deuteronomy 18:20 But a prophet that shall speak a word presumptuously (meaning speaking for himself and not for God) in My name (in the name of God), which I have not commanded him (the prophet) to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, that same prophet shall die. 3. How did Prophet Muhammad show that Jesus Isa was not a false prophet? Quran 4:157 Verse 4:157 And they (some of the Jews of Yathrib in Arabia later Medina Arabia today Madinah Saudi Arabia) said (showing their pride and their disbelief by threatening and mocking the messenger Prophet Muhammad and his followers by boasting), We killed messiah Jesus Isa, the son of Mary Miriam, the messenger of God, but (in fact) they did not kill him (Prophet Jesus Isa) nor crucify him (Prophet Jesus Isa to death, they did not crucify Prophet Jesus Isa to death), but it was made to appear so (to them, so they believed he was dead on the cross exactly as described in the Gospel Injil but in fact he was still alive on the cross) and those (Jews of Yathrib Arabia) who differ in this (in what happened to Prophet Jesus Isa on the cross) are full of doubts with no (certain) knowledge so they (the Jews of Yathrib) follow only conjecture (assumptions, speculation, guess). It is certain that they (the Jews) did not kill him (because God protected Prophet Jesus Isa from the death of crucifixion in 607 BH 33 CE 33 AD on Friday 3 April 33 in Jerusalem Al-Quds Yerussalem Yerushalayim in Judea today in Israel and Palestine). Note 1. Torah Deuteronomy 18:20 reveals that a false prophet will die and Jesus Isa died on the cross therefore the Jews saw this as proof that Jesus Isa was a false prophet. Prophet Muhammad revealed to the Jews in Yathrib Arabia that Jesus Isa did not die because he was protected by God and as proof Jesus Isa was seen alive after the crucifixion exactly as described in the Gospel Injil. 4. The Gospel confirms Quran 4:157 that Jesus Isa did not die on the cross by showing that Jesus Isa was seen three days later not as a ghost but as a living man. Gospel of John 20:17 Jesus Isa says to her (Mary Magdalene), Do not cleave (hold on) to me (Jesus Isa, with surprise but believe that I am alive, I am not a ghost), for I (Jesus Isa, meaning the soul of Jesus Isa) have not yet ascended to the Father (God, meaning I am not yet dead because my body was only sleeping and now I have awoken); but go to my brothers, and tell them: I (Jesus Isa, meaning the soul of Jesus Isa) am ascending to my Father (who is the creator of every creation) and your Father (who is the same one creator of every creation); to my God and your God (because at the end of every human life God raises the soul to heaven and to God which is proof that I am a human like you). 5. The Gospel confirms Quran 4:157 that Jesus Isa did not die on the cross by showing that Jesus Isa was seen alive after the crucifixion not as a ghost but as a living man with marks on his body from the crucifixion. Gospel of John 20:27 Thereupon he (Jesus Isa) says to Thomas, Bring your finger here, and see my hands (where the nails made their mark), and bring your hand and put it into my side (where the spear made a mark), and do not be unbelieving, but (be) believing (that I Jesus Isa am alive). 6. The Gospel confirms Quran 4:157 that Jesus Isa did not die on the cross by showing that Jesus Isa was seen alive after the crucifixion not as a ghost but as a living eating man Gospel of Luke 24:42 So they handed him (Jesus Isa) a piece of broiled fish. Gospel of Luke 24:43 And he (Jesus Isa) took it, and ate it in front of them (as proof that he was not a ghost but a real living and eating human). 7. How did Jesus Isa die? What happened at the end of the life of Jesus Isa? The soul of Jesus Isa ascended to heaven and to God in the same way as the soul of every human ascends to heaven and to God. The soul of Jesus Isa ascended as a servant to God in the same way as the soul of every human ascends as a servant to God. Gospel of John 20:17 Jesus Isa said … “I (Jesus Isa) am ascending to my Father and your Father; to my God and your God.” Quran 19:93 verse 19:93 There is no one in the heavens and the earth who does not come to the Most Merciful (God) except as a servant. Note 1. The soul of Jesus Isa ascended to heaven and to God in the same way as the soul of every human ascends to heaven and to God. Note 2. The soul of Jesus Isa ascended as a servant to God in the same way as the soul of every human ascends as a servant to God. Quran 4:158 Verse 4:158 (At the end of the natural life of Jesus Isa) God raised him (the soul of Jesus Isa) up to Himself (God), (and the soul of Jesus Isa is in heaven under the care of God who is the creator of every soul and the carer of every soul). God is all powerful (able to do all things) and He (God) is all wise. Note 1. Jesus Isa is a human. Jesus Isa is human because the soul of every human is raised to Heaven and to God by the Angel of Death and the soul of every human is under the care of God who is the creator of every soul and the carer of every soul. Note 2. The Earth is the resting place for the human body. The human body is only needed on the Earth because the human body is designed for life on the Earth. Note 3. Heaven is the resting place for the human soul. Heaven is made for the human soul because the human soul is designed for life in Heaven. Note 4. The human body dies on the Earth but the human soul lives forever in heaven. Note 5. The soul on the Day of Resurrection. On the Day of Resurrection the human soul will be given a spiritual body that can feel reward or punishment. Note 6. The soul before the Day of Resurrection. Before the Day of Resurrection God has briefly granted spiritual bodies to some souls in the Transfiguration of Jesus Isa when two of the prophets from the past Moses Musa and Elijah Elias briefly came to the Earth to talk with Jesus Isa and during the ascension into Heaven of Prophet Muhammad when Prophet Muhammad briefly talked with Moses Musa and other prophets whose souls were briefly granted spiritual bodies. Note 7. The natural deaths of Moses Musa and Elijah Elias and Jesus Isa. After the natural deaths of Moses and Elijah and Jesus their souls were raised to Heaven and to God and their bodies were hidden in the Earth to prevent the human idol worship of them but some Christians later made images of Jesus Isa and began to pray to Jesus Isa instead of praying to God who is the creator of Jesus Isa so God inspired Prophet Muhammad to correct the confusion between God and Jesus Isa.
