1 pound(s) uncooked lean ground beef 1 1/2 cup(s) fresh mushroom(s), Chopped 1 medium orange bell pepper, Chopped 1 medium uncooked onion(s), Chopped 3 oz uncooked pasta, Cooked per shortest instructions on package 1 Tbsp olive oil 1 cup(s) canned tomato sauce 1 tsp table salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes Instructions Brown beef in pan. Remove and set aside. Drain pan if necessary. Add oil and saute vegetables until semi-soft. Add beef to pan to reeheat and then add sauce and seasonings per personal taste. Simmer for 15 minutes then add pasta. Simmer for another 5 minutes to heat through. Serve with parmesan cheese on the side, which can be added per your taste (and point allowance).
