10,000 human lives and animals die on island washed way with ocean typhoon! The media was emphasizing the worst typhoon (320 MPH) to be expected to date to urge citizens to evacuate, many thought the last typhoon (190MPH) was the worst and this would could not be as bad...the truly sad part 3/4th of the globe knew its fate because they have internet/radio access but this island had little to none to judge the situation as we watched by internet/tv. It slowed down to 190 mph through Vietnam... they were prepared because Vietnam moved their soldiers to the shore and evacuated the citizens by marshal law...the tragedy here is the people who needed the information did not know what hit them....please give to your church or to CARE to send funding for a care package of purified water, soap, rice, and a tarp!
