10/21/2013-Girls Varsity Cross Country GCAC Champions!: A complete team effort by the Wolfpack resulted in a narrow one-point win at Turtlehead Lake for the GCAC Championship. Alexis Jakubowski (2nd in 18:17), Jill Porretta (4th in 18:34) and Olivia Meyer (5th in 18:35) used strong finishing kicks to hold key finish positions. Kirstyn Ruiz (10th in a new PR of 19:17) and Lexi Tiemann (11th in 19:23) completed the team scoring. Maggie Connolly became the sixth All-GCAC runner for the Wolfpack by finishing 14th. Connolly also added a key point by defeating the fifth runner from every other GCAC opponent.
