Keep playing with your smart-phones and other devices - its a fantastic way of keeping your mind flooded with garbage. 3. Think a lot about others and their flaws. 4. Avoid kindness, forgiveness and gratefulness at all costs. 5. Remember often that you failed here and there. 6. Chase good things. But make sure to keep it a chase. 7. Change others and the world while ignoring your own problems. 8. Live future- and past-oriented 9. Spend your whole life destroying your health with hard work hoping for some sort of relaxing reward later. 10. Make sure that I, me and mine are the very center of all your ambitions. Following these simple rules will definitely increase your stress, your problems and dis-ease.
