12/23 @ 12:24p CT @ 1 1/2 min vid; In a flash visit, M flies in a branch and only spends a minute placing and flying off. It is -6F right now and is projected to warm up to toasty -4F today. We should see less nest building activity as the more extreme cold weather continues. The Ps take more cover for themselves [since there are no eggs to protect] and to maintain body heat, they will spend more time hunting/fishing and consuming food; then roost to conserve energy. Well most likely see them visit/work more when they have the sun. Note: IF there were eggs, they would be there 24/7!!! [thx eaglewhisperer18]
