12 weeks ago I decided to knock on the door of the physique fitness world. Today I stepped on stage (far left baby blue shorts) @ Tokyo Joes competition. Oh man, was it an experience of a lifetime. I enjoyed every second of it. I have an awesome trainer with great experience. From day 1 to 11 weeks 5 days to 12 weeks (competition day)! I didnt care where I placed or where I was, I had so much fun and learned so much. Experience of a lifetime and I cant wait to continue my changes and lifestyle. Thank you to my friends, my brother for coming and my trainer for being their for me the whole way!
