12 years ago today, I said no more. No more pain, loneliness, isolation, despair. I was so willing to do something different. Although NA was a whole new world, I knew I found my new home and that I belonged. Its been quite a journey and I wouldnt change a thing. In my 12 years, I have still felt pain. loneliness, isolation and despair, I just didnt pick up, NO MATTER WHAT, and believe me there has been a lot of those in my journey. Im so grateful that God picked me up out of the pits of hell and placed me into the loving arms of recovery. thank you to everyone who has held my hand along the way....Toni, Robin, and Annie, you guys are my life blood and although we all have branched out and made new friends, you are still my rock. Couldnt have done it and made it this far without you guys. THANK YOU GOD, NA, AND MY LOVING FAMILY FOR NEVER GIVING UP ON ME EVEN WHEN I DIDNT HAVE ANY FIGHT LEFT IN ME. 10-23-01...
