[#12897] Tomorrow will be a month that my ex boyfriend broke up with me. Tonight I saw and talked to my ex and for the first time I didnt have an kind of panic attack or break down. The main thing I got out of talking to him is that he was honest about being friends and knowing that I will be able to move on from my first boyfriend and be friends with him and know that is truly what is the best for both of us. Before this I wasnt sure of anything in my life, I felt like I should disappear from the world. I am grateful to the people that have been there for me and talked with me it gave me some strength to not give up. To everyone that is going through a break up, I know that its hard but trust me it does get better but it does take time and that time varies for every individual.
