[Ticketing Agent] INTERPARK TICKET (ticket.interpark/Global/index.asp ) [Age Group] Audiences of All Ages ▣Ticketing Information [Date of Ticket Opening] Preemptive ticketing duration for fan club members: (Tue.)7th October 2014 8:00PM – (Tue.)14th October 2014 6:00PM Ticket opening for general audience: (Tue.) 14th October 2014 8:00PM > Preemptive ticketing for 2014 Heartrider Fan Club - The preemptive ticketing for ‘Heartrider 2014’ starts at 8:00PM (Tue.)7th October, and it ends at 6:00PM (Tue.) 14th October by opening tickets to the general audience. - The preemptive ticketing is only limited to 1 ticket per one fan club member who joined Heartrider 2014, and the ticket must be purchased by using purchaser’s Heartrider log-in ID. - If you missed to reserve the ticket on the preemptive ticketing duration, you still can reserve the tickets as a general audience. > Ticketing for general audience - The tickets for the general audience will be available from 8:00PM (Tue.) 14th October, and one person can purchase up to 4 tickets max. > Special Note on Ticketing - Any change, cancellation, and refund on ticket reservation are allowed only before the deadline at the ticketing agent. - No change, cancellation, and refund are allowed on the performance date. - Other ticketing related regulations will comply with the policy of ticketing agent in case of no special announcement. ▣ Ticket Delivery - In order to prevent possible confusion on the performance day, tickets will be dispatched in a lump. (Date of dispatch: 13th October) - Tickets purchased on and after 13th October can be collected at site on the performance day. - Please double check the delivery address, and make sure the address is correct. - The delivered tickets cannot be reissued in any case of missing, damaging or failure to present at site, and thereby there will be no admittance without the ticket. Please give attention to keep your tickets safe. - If you haven’t received the tickets till 3 days before the performance date, please make an immediate contact to the ticketing agent before the performance day. (One the performance day, the delivery process or location of tickets cannot be tracked at site, and there will be no admittance without the ticket.) - Cancellation of tickets are not admitted online after the delivery, however you may send the tickets to INTERPARK HEADS OFFICE, and request for the cancellation process. ▣ Instructions for Collecting Tickets at Site - Tickets can be collected only at the ticket office on the performance day, and the ticket office will be opening 2 hours before the performance begins and closing 30 min after the beginning of the performance. (Opening time can be changed depending on the circumstances at site. - Personal ID and booking confirmation must be submitted when you collect tickets at site. - After collecting tickets, please keep the tickets safe as tickets cannot be issued for any reasons. - If the delivery address is overseas, you can only collect tickets at site. ▣ Attentions on the Entry & Auditorium Rules - The entrance will be opening 1 hour before the performance starts. (Opening time can be changed depending on the circumstances at site. - Anyone without the ticket should not be allowed to gain the entry. - As all seats are designated by reservation, you cannot shift to other seats but only can take your own reserved seat. - Audience coming late after the performance get started can possibly be restricted for entry, and this is to make the performance ran smooth without any interruption to staff & other audience. - Staff at site may escort the late arrivals to the seat in an orderly manner in consideration of the performance flow. - Restricted items to the auditorium include water, drinks, foods and/or pets and bouquet. Any of dangerous substance like bottles, firecrackers, and laser beam is also prohibited to carry in. - Photographing and/or recording are strictly prohibited during the performance. Anyone caught breaking this rule will be forced to exit the auditorium after deleting the contents on the recording devices. (In case of being sent off due to breaking the rule, any change, cancellation, and/or refund of the ticket are not allowed. - Please follow the instructions given by staffs while staying in the auditorium, and abstain any possible disturbance to keep the atmosphere pleasant. ▣ Traffic Guidance - Traffic congestion is expected on the performance day, and it may take some time to park the car and approach to the venue. The parking lot around venue is not sufficient, so there should be difficulties in finding a parking space.
