140kg 4 sets of 4 reps yesterday. First and last set in the video. Felt like I was getting abit of a groove back. But still alittle slow for my liking. The last set was abit of a grind as you can see. Still having abit of a sticking point. This is due to depending too much on momentum out of the hole and not pushing enough.
