14th Amendment and the1866 Civil Rights Act = The advancing of the well-being of blacks as a "act of justice" and the "considerate judgment of mankind, and the gracious favor of Almighty God." Wherein ObamaCare is not in the best interest of blacks being that of inferior Healthcare. Therein violates the civil rights of blacks. And sets in reverse the Means of their (Blacks) Vindication, by the lessoning of their quality and length of life. Therefore all blacks are exempt from ObamaCare. And under the 1866 Civil Rights Act making Blacks equal to White Citizens. Granting equal benefits to Both White and Blacks. White Citizens are also exempt from ObamaCare. The Emancipation Proclamation..... And upon this act, sincerely believed to be an act of justice, warranted by the Constitution, upon military necessity, I invoke the considerate judgment of mankind, and the gracious favor of Almighty God. 1866 Civil Rights Act: the Means of their Vindication. and to full and equal benefit of all laws and proceedings for the security of person and property, as is enjoyed by white citizens,
