15 staff from various companies that have hired persons with disabilities attended the first Disability Management Workshop. It teaches various kinds of disabilities, how companies and technology can support employees with disabilities, as well as etiquette when interacting with colleagues with disabilities. Employers may tap on the Open Door Programme (ODP) to subsidise the cost of hiring, training and integrating Singaporeans/Singapore Permanent Residents with disabilities.
