#17 ALIET - Andhra Loyola Institute of Engineering and Technology headed by Thainese, Melchior and some stupid Staff.... Thought that this college would give me a nice start to my career... But the things got changed when I joined this clg after counselling. On the first day of my clg faculty members came to class and kept mental torchure......They explained about all the rules and regulations of the clg and said that father is f.....kg strict. Thought that wht this strictness would affect me and others.. took lyt. But on the second day Unfortunately its my birth day and i came late to college... there in the entrance this vishnu so called watchman stopped me and started fighting with me.. Okay took lyt.. and when i parked my bike and went towards the entrance and just entered the reception.. do u wht happend? Ya its the same happend to me that the faculty members who will stand at the entrance like bouncers in a disco or a gathering, asked my bike keys.... Okay i thought that he might be asking my keys to take my bike out on a work. But its not, he took the keys and kept in his pocket and asked me to go. At that moment i was thinking that was he a mad fellow or wht?? I jus asked my keys for two times. then he asked me to pay fine and come... Wht fine?? He said late fine.. Bull shit... I said sir its my birthday that is the reason why Im late to clg. Instead of wishing me wht did he say u knw? Jus go and pay fine. Those words shattered me and i was in a big dilemma about the situation and the things happening to me on the day. I jus looked around the college once and felt like its a place which I should not stay... Got that feeling and said Excuse me sir, pls give my keys. Again he replied go and pay fine. then I replied politely, sir pls dnt play games with me I am new to this clg and I dnt knw the rules and regulations.. again he insisted me to pay fine. then done I left the place and went to class .. Then in the afternoon he called me when i am going to canteen. He asked me did u pay fine. I said no. then he threatened me about the safety of my bike. I said keep keys with u Mr.... Police are on their way and I lodged a complaint against u on phone. Blast..... he said that no one can do anything to him and this college. I said okay its ur belief and its upto u.. I dnt knw wht has happend to him he scolded me and abused me and then gave back my keys. Okay all that shit has happend. gone Time passed and on a fyn day its time for asking permission to take leave. U knw wht I went into that sadists room and he started bluffing me and making fun of me.. Literally I was about to cry at that moment but somehow controlled my self.. From that moment I stopped going to permission and started paying fines whenever i want a leave. Fyn paid by me is around 1500 rupees from the day I joined. Every night ever since I joined this clg I used to think of changing things and to make everyone free from all these restrictions and sadism. But didnt find support from my pals to protest against this system. Everyone are selfish and they want to get themselves in a safe position. Hate those students who dint support me in that context. Now, there were no campus interviews and no jobs in this heavy competition. I am worrying a lot about my future. Instead of providing good education they are making students mentally sick about themselves. These days I started thinking that people who passed out from this college will enjoy the real world with out any thing in their lives, the reason people becoming like that is this clg management.. One of our frnds make a statement that on the name of religion they are committing many mistakes... thatz true frnds... I personally appreciate that person. Yes, they really make fun of other community people and from various backgrounds. Can you believe that a christian student left this college because of father ir-respectful behavior on her. yes it happend, and many more drop outs in the middle of the year itself. Friends I am so happy for you people because you came out asking justice about our students and their rights...... Keep struggling for that friends, dont leave this moment here itself, it shouldnot go down. At last one thing will decide our success or failure its nothing but UNITY. Stay united all along the way and reap the fruit. Friends, If anything happens to any student like any issues regarding police or some other I personally will fight for those people with my background. I will assure that each and every student will stay with you all. Anyways friends, Lets make an oath to shake the pillars of ALIET. They should come to know about students and their power. NOTE : I deleted a part of this post because you were talking about the plan of action. I apologize for that and u must understand dat one such never discuss such things in here because if u can see the post they can also see it and they will plan accordingly to stop us.
