17th July 2013 Court ROOM 10 CASE: Dear Judge Gqwethakazi My name is Zazi from Kwa Mashu, I have a problem judge. I had a relationship with my ex-girfriend Thandazile, we separated but we have a 2 year old daughter uLungile. Ngahlawula for ingane kodwa ever since I lost my job my ex-girlfriend’s boyfriend does not want me to see my child. This is stressing me out very much, so much to the extent that I am constantly drinking everyday & I do not even go to work sometimes. The mother & I are not on speaking terms anymore since we fight a lot, I have done many wrong things to the mother & even swore her at some point. My family has tried to solve the matter between the both us but the situation has not been resolved, the mother is currently staying in Newcastle and she says that she wants nothing to do with me anymore since I have mistreated her so badly. I just do not know what to do anymore since I drink almost every day & I feel that my life is not going forward. All I want is to be able to see my child; I cannot understand why they wouldn’t let me see my child. I do not have any plans or intentions of getting back together with the mother but I really need to be able to see my child every now and then. All I want is to see my child that is all I am asking for please help me Judge Gqwethakazi as I desperately need your help. Yours Sincerely Zazi
