17th September, 2013 NOTICE!!! ALL ENERGY SACCO MEMBERS INVITATION TO SUBSCRIBE TO KAWI HOUSING COOPERATIVE SOCIETY LTD. Pursuant to special resolution passed during our Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 16th February,2013, authorizing the Management Committee (MC) to form a housing cooperative society ,the Management of Energy Co-operative Savings & Credit Society Limited in conjunction with the interim officials of Kawi Housing Co-operative Society Limited are pleased to inform you that the housing society is in place. The management hereby invites fellow co-operators to subscribe to Kawi Housing Cooperative Society Limited in order to fulfill our Members wishes. This will go a long way in enabling the Sacco Members to create personal wealth or acquire property on economies of scale at discounted rate. In order for us to realize this goal and achieve our target in the shortest time possible the entire membership of Energy Sacco is encouraged to join the Housing Society to make it grow fast as well as achieve our objective. One qualifies as a member upon paying entrance fees of Kshs 2,000 as registration and at least a share capital at Kshs 50,000 that is, 500 shares of Kshs 100 each. Members shall be required to raise this share capital within a period six (6) month from the date of registration. Towards this end Energy Sacco will advance eligible Members loans in order to enable them meet these targets within the set time.
