So far they didnt do bad but lost some points here and there where it was not neccesary. At home they are considered quite strong and didnt lose so far at home. Even Ajax was kept to a draw. Every single game Groningen manages to score and I dont see a reason why they cannot score against PSV. Im sure this game will be hot and I think eventually Groningen might even have a chance to get a result here. They still miss longer injured Bakker and Bos. Teixeira is also not ready to play yet. Botteghin was doubtfull during the week but will be availbale just as Kappelhof who is back from a suspension. PSV offcourse couldnt train very optimal this week due to international games. Quite some players had to leave for international games and only came back wednesday or so. PSV also has not been that convincing in their latest games besides their big match against Ajax at home. They were lucky to get a gift win against RKC one round earlier and also at AZ they lost. As I said they beat Ajax but before that game there were also two draws against Twente and Cambuur. They are not in a big form or so but they will feel this game as a chance to be the leader of the league again after the others drawed against eachother yesterday. They will put everything in for a win. Well everyhting, they have quite some absences. Wijnaldum, Zoet, Park, Rekik are still absent. Narsingh not yet with first team. Although PSV has enough scoring power left with their young strikers Locadia, Depay but also Matavz. They are always dangerous and will score a goal at least for sure. Groningen should make this very hard on PSV and the vulnerability of PSV last rounds gets me to bet this one with smaller stakes. Groningen should certainly have a chance to draw here.
