18 months ago, I embarked on The Roadtrip To End Poverty and it was literally the best week of my life. And until I jumped on board last year, never would I have thought last year that I would become so close to so many amazing people so quickly; never would I have had so much fun learning and campaigning about the issue of foreign aid when speaking to complete strangers; never would I have dreamed that Id be standing alongside 1000 incredible young people on the steps of Parliament House to demonstrate to Australias politicians what we care about; never would I have had the opportunity to embrace being part of a movement which will achieve something historic: ENDING EXTREME POVERTY. In the past 20 years, extreme poverty has been halved and I want to see it eradicated within my lifetime. Nobody deserves to suffer based on the circumstances they were born into.
