18TH DGICM, 10TH AIIF AND 10TH ASEAN DGICM +AUSTRALIA CONSULTATION Bureau of Immigration (BI) Commissioner Siegfred B. Mison with Intelligence Division Acting Chief Atty. Jose Carlitos Z. Licas and Alien Registration Division Chief (ARD) Acting Chief Fortunato S. Manahan represented the country during the 18th Meeting of ASEAN Directors-General of Immigration Department and Heads of Consular Divisions of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs (DGICM), the 10th ASEAN Immigration Intelligence Forum (AIIF) and 10th ASEAN DGICM + Australia Consultation (DGICM+Australia). The same was held in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam from 01-04 September 2014.
