#19 Are you trying to promote? Well if so others on your team are going to need to do the same. LEAD THEM! Whatever level you are working toward, figure out what else is needed. An executive? A ruby? WHen you figure that out, contact your DTs and find out WHO is ready to promote and map it out. Get out those charts and count how many DTs are needs to get the chart filled. Working together is key. YOu are their leader, make sure they know WHAT is necessary to get that promotion complete. #TeamWork is a must. You cannot do it all by yourself. Now get into your eSuite, make some calls and find out WHO IS READY! YOu have plenty of time to get a plan and get it done by the end of August. #NoExcuses The time is now. Trust me.
