19 firefighters die trying to save homes and lives and all the media can discuss is whether or not they maintained their "Exit Strategy". Just imagine losing someone in your life that does a noble and life threatening job everyday and having to hear every 10 minutes on a national network if they, basically, "got what they deserved". This reminds me of how the media showed the planes flying into the Twin Towers over & over again and how the families must have felt being able to see "the trigger being pulled" as the planes smashed into the buildings.
