1981 Chevrolet C10 5.0L 305 w/ 4bbl Rochester Carb(original). Long wheel base. Runs great. Automatic transmission shifts smoothly. No A/C. Dual fuel tanks. New parts include: ignition coil, distributor cap, rotor button, ignition control module, radiator, water pump, hoses. Bought this a few months ago with intentions to restore it but I just dont have the time. As per Chevy standards the bottom of the doors and among the bottom of the bed shows rust,but none of it harms the working parts. This is a 30 year old truck and does have the common Chevy rust but the only bad place is a hole in the drivers side floor pan. I was going to replace it but I dont have a welder so Im leaving that up to you...you cant see thru to the ground. Im not in a rush to sell,so no lowball offers. The only things that I have found to not work properly is the drivers window motor(it goes down but you have to pull the window back up) and the power steering isnt quite right(might need a new pump but Im not sure). Other than that everything works including the radio. No roof or rear sliding window leaks. Would make a great work truck or daily driver with a little TLC. Info: since the original post I have fixed the window switch and found that the power steering pump reservoir seal is bad. Not a hard fix,just time consuming and if I get around to it I will update this posting.
