2. Cheesy pasta bake Ingredients Half a Bag of Pasta 30g Butter 400g of Grated Cheese 500ml of Milk 2 tbsp Flour 1 tsp Salt Pepper to taste Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 4. Cook the pasta. While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter and add milk and flour while stirring. Add just over half the cheese, salt and pepper and stir until thick. Drain the pasta and pour into an ovenproof dish with the sauce and cook for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and cook for another 10 minutes.
