Loving another person even when there is a mess in their life can be difficult, but that doesnt mean we dont love. 2 John 1:5-6 I am writing to remind you, dear friends, that we should love one another. This is not a new commandment, but one we have had from the beginning. Love means doing what God has commanded us, and he has commanded us to love one another, just as you heard from the beginning. NLT Within each relationship, we come to realize that its after the argument that our true love for one another shows. Its in that moment of tension where the power of Christ comes to life in our hearts and actions. In that moment, the battle rages in our minds, and we have the choice to allow it to overtake us or to take it before Christ. Who are you struggling to love? Take the situation to the Lord and then look for an opportunity to show Gods love to that person. Youll be amazed at what God will do! Life Lesson: In growth and maturity, unconditional love is the test. Even the unbeliever loves when all is going well.
