2 Timothy 4:2-4 (NIV) 2 Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction. 3 For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. 4 They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths. God and His Word are TRUTH! Constant, never changing, the same yesterday, today and forever. (Malachi 3:6, Hebrews 13:8, James 1:17) Gods standards will NEVER line up with the worlds wishy washy, self-absorbed, politically correct, and greedy desires. Jesus said in Matthew 7:22 - 24 (NIV) 22 Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ 23 Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers! If you find yourself lining up with the worlds view, youre on the losing side. If you want to be popular with people, this is the view youll choose. The world didnt die for you. ONLY JESUS CHRIST died for you. Jesus is seen as the enemy to the world because Satan wants to cleverly distract, disillusion, and mislead. Satan knows he loses in the end and is working overtime to take as many people with him as he can. Please dont be one of them.
