2 cups water 1 cup whole kernel corn 1 cup diced potato 1 cup diced celery 1/2 cup diced carrots 1/2 cup diced onion 2 beef boullion cubes 1-16 oz. jar of cheez whiz or 1/2 reg. and 1/2 jalapeno Meatballs: 1 lb. ground beef 1/4 cup bread crumbs 1 egg 1 tsp. salt Mix and shape into medium balls. Place in a large kette with all ingredients except cheez whiz and bring to a boil. Stir gently. Cover and simmer until done about 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Before serving add cheez whiz and stir until blended. Crock Pot Method: Place all ingredients except cheez whiz in crock and stir gently. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. Before serving add cheez whiz and stil until blended. I did this in the crock and doubled the recipe. I also browned the hamburger before hand instead of making meatballs and added it to the soup.
