2 more reviews came in for A Saints Salvation. Both 5 stars! Woo hoo! 5.0 out of 5 stars A Hot Saint, March 16, 2014 This review is from: A Saints Salvation (Kindle Edition) This book had me in tears in the first couple of chapters and then full of hope and love by the end. This is a story that inspires that pride in the service that is so needed by the country as well as service men and women. I love the section “Now Nick understood the phrase barked at him throughout boot camp, Stand Proud! Nick had always thought it should be stand tall, but the emotions inside him made him realize that he was proud, and so were the people around him. Nick needed this, the connection to his country, their pride in him, just for being a Marine.” Nick is a Marine and in a way it defines who he is and what he does but he still craves that love that comes from meeting your one and only. Doc was injured and lost her foot but was still trying to stand tall and be proud, but her heart was searching too. This is a story of loss and finding, of what it means to be a Marine and serve but also a love story for in the end that is what everyone is fighting to preserve the chance to love and be loved. I received a free copy for an honest review. 5.0 out of 5 stars A Saints Salvation, March 16, 2014 I was gifted this book by the author for a fair an honest review. This is a must read very good, the author gets right into the action with this novella. I dont want to give anything away. Starts with a marine in Afghanistan and there is gunfire and causalities and goes from there. very quick short read, for me I would love to see more of a series from this book .
