2 weeks on from surgery & Ruby had her stitches out today. Vet was very pleased with how it was looking (you can barely see anything to be honest!), so she will have 1 more week of box rest then can be turned out in a small paddock & start lunging once a day. Cant wait, mucking out & walking in hand for 30 minutes twice daily is very time consuming, especially with the 2 boys to muck out/ turn out & ride too. Thankfully Ruby has been a total cherub, long may it continue :-) Monty and Blue are both ticking along, and Monty has started jumping again just keeping it small and building confidence. Not that he needed much confidence over the hunt fences today, bossed it and swaggered home! Still likes to go for the long one I see...
