2 years ago I started in my very first challenge group and it was just what I needed to keep myself going. See I love to do cardio, I am a runner, I ride bikes, I paddle board, at that time I hated weights, but now have grown to appreciate the changes they do in my body. What was missing was my nutrition. What the first challenge group gave me was a step by step process on how to improve my families meals by giving me a meal plan. The meals are all easy and everyone ate them, which made my life easier. I had a shake to drink each day that filled all the gaps in my daily nutrition, because at the time I ate NO veggie at all, and my daily shake had everything I needed, and was clean and natural. It cut my cravings, I had energy, I no longer wanted to take a nap by 1pm! I also had this group of amazing people who became my biggest cheerleaders, my friends, people I looked forward to seeing each night in the group as I posted my food. People who are REAL, make mistakes, but keep on going! I have a group kicking off next Monday. If this sounds like something you need and want to be part of I would love to have you join.
