20. I would like to thank God for another powerful year of life. At the age of 19, I was able to move in areas, places, positions I was not expecting. It was a year of joy as well as a year of sadness. I was blessed with the opportunity to play and worship on the Keyboard with this years San Jose Section Refregerio Worship team. At this same Refregerio, I was chosen to minister to the children at children church. I spoke to them about an adventure with Jesus, and how throughout our life we must keep Him as our center. This year I was also given the chance to go on another missionary voyage.(I have done missionary work in Mexico, as a kid and El Salvador last year.) The team went to Honduras, there a new friend Sarah and I preformed in the worship team. We also painted churches and were in a short skit. I also gave a short devotional (all in spanish.) Here I met some longtime friends, and wonderful servants of God. Maria Baleski, Espinal, Geovanny, and Carlos. 2014 was my second and last year in Teen-Ship. It was an adventure, and great learning experiences with the greatest; peers, teachers, and advisors(people who weren’t teachers, but gave advice and work at NPLAD (LOL)). Shout out to the GANG Mikayla, Chris, Jesus, Sarah, Beto, Andy, Sylvia ,Robert,Asyadeth, Andres, and Jeimy. We had the opportunity to help out at District Council, were we did countless task for many ministers! We were able to help out at the Missions Banquet, and once again I was able to play keyboard, and do worship with Sarah, and Beto. (Two of my favorite singers.) We had ministry day were we led worship (Me on keyboard) at Iglesia Misionera, (the church where my dad pastors) and La Hermosa, also in San Jose. At La Hermosa God allowed me to give the Word, and God was good :) Speaking of giving the Word, I forgot to mention that throughout the year i was also youth leader at Iglesia Misionera. In June, Iglesia Misionera and Monte Horeb had a tag-team service and it was awesome! We combined both worship teams (me on piano) and the youth had a great time! Pastor Mayra laid the Word and it was Uprising” Haha (You see what i did there.) They also gave me the opportunity to speak at there church. Once again God is good! (I miss my Monte Horeb Family.) This summer I was invited to speak at John 3:16 in San Jose. God never stops being good! I also went to AG’s Centennial, IT WAS AMAZING! My family and I had a road trip! The end of this year from September on became bittersweet. Thank God, i finished all my classes for Certificate level credentials, and I passed the exam! I was given the opportunity to help out with the Tech at the 2014 NPLAD Missions Convention (YES I LOVE MISSIONS.) I got to network and connect with many great missionaries, servants who risk their lives to go to “all nations.” It’s the last day that stands out for me. From there my life has changed. On this day I was anointed by the NPLAD district to become a Minister. From my days in Honduras I felt God calling me to go further, to go to His town, to preach His Word. Well on the last day, I went through a prayer wall of missionaries, and NPLAD executives! I can still feel the goosebumps today. I had emotional goodbyes. I drove to Sanger, Visalia, Susuin City, and Santa Rosa. In each location, I tried to avoid getting teary - eyed . I was given the chance to say a couple of words in each congregation! I have had the privilege to pastor a church (YES AT 19) in the town of Tulelake. It has been phenomenal. The church is moving forward, we have done campaigns, outreach, and God’s power has manifested in unimaginable ways. So far His grace has allowed the church and I to use our spiritual gifts. (My second week here, God used me in Healing/Miracle and Translation of Tongues). A few of the parishioners have been baptized already, and many are training to be in the worship team! We have had many salvation reports and Reconciliations! YES ALL THIS IN ONE YEAR! Lastly on November 14, on my way to San Jose I got in a car accident. Driving past Chico at 4 A.M., I saw something on the road. I as a terrible driver, slammed on the brakes, but at the same time i moved my wheel, one way, by then i loss control and moved the car the other way. I went straight into a ditch, and my car flipped over 3-4 times. While flipping over I couldn’t speak, and the only words that came out were “Lord” My mind was thinking “Do your will.” When the car stopped, I looked around in pain, I couldn’t see anything, it was pitch black. I tried looking for my phone but could not find it. Eventually I realized i was on top of the sunroof. My final decision was to get out. Under God’s plan a window was broken.. so I escaped through it. I went on the side of the freeway, all covered in blood and cried for help. No car stopped. I cried Lord Help me, Lord help me, Where are you? Help me” A few minutes passed, and a police and ambulance came. When they had finished all the medical reports in the hospital, they told me “You are a miracle, you should have died or been paralyzed, someone was watching out for you. I had only fractured a piece of my elbow, small enough compared to a chipped tooth. God saved me from death, to speak His Glory. I end my 19th Birthday, speaking of God’s Glory. Speaking that in death there is Life. This has been a year of blessings, power, anointing, friendships, leadership, and most importantly Love. I love who I serve, I love who I am, I love my friends, family, leaders, and God’s Creations. I would not have it any other way. I want to thank First God. Secondly my Family and my Adopted Family. The Sanchez Family has been a huge blessing to me, and i cannot express how grateful I am, to have a mentor like Pastor Raul Sanchez. With Help from The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit and my Spiritual Fathers, (i am blessed to have two, Pastor Sanchez and my Dad) I am the Man who I am today. I will like to thank my Spiritual Family, NPLAD, San Jose Section,North Central California Section, Iglesia Misionera, and Tulelake Assembly of God. This was a year, were I experienced, maturity, spiritual growth, connections and power. I know that on my next birthday this list will be longer. God Bless you, God Bless American.
