20+ YRS coaching,winning seasons,losing seasons,in between seasons and still have not figured out how to please everyone,Try outs,Roster cuts, still can not make everyone happy,taught life lessons,sportsmanship,team bonding,put players first and give them a chance to succeed,still can not figure how to please everyone. Life as a coach,And you know what? I will take all of the above.All that I do for my teams/Players over pleasing everyone. Thanks for reading. :)
