Lubed etc Outdoor shower hose and head replaced License and inspection stickers are current Interior: upholstery is clean, no tears or stains refrigerator, stove top and oven are clean with less than normal wear to normal wear cabinets are in excellent condition shower clean and glass has no cracks...shower head has been updated toilet is clean and functional Slides are not fully out in pictures...much wider than pics.
