Hajy, started as CSR Forecourt Staff two years ago; promoted to Cashier; moved up to Team Leader; elevated to Shift Supervisor and recently appointed as Lubes Assistant Manager. With all these movements he can still afford to Study Automotive in the evening. 2. May Flor, was hired as CSR Forecourt Staff some 14 years ago. She moved up as Cashier, elevated to Administration & Forecourt Supervisor. She is recently promoted as Laguna Site Manager. 3. Frederick Chavez, started as CSR Forecort staff 14 years ago and became Team Leader, moved up as Shift Supervisor then appointed as Site Supervisor on Developmental Assignment as Site Manager for 1 year in Sta Rosa Laguna. Erick is promoted as Site Fuel Manager in Buendia Makati. He assumed the new position two days ago. It will be very difficult job for our team to select the best. They are all winners in their own fields and this is just the first batch.
