2013 outback. Somewhere around 2500 miles into the new oil on oil change, the oil light comes on. At first its random, but then its on all the time. Here is how the first time it happened went.... Oil change, 2500 miles light on, check oil its fine, call Subaru of Champagin, Il. They said, ya its ok, its a sensor issue. So light is on till next oil change...(at Subaru), and we were basically told we need to check the oil cause it was 2 quarts low.. Still does this, 2500 miles into new oil, we have to add a quart, and sometimes a second quart before 7500 mile oil change (Subaru recommended )
