2014-2015 YMI Fellows Program: Call for Applications Interested in becoming a Youth Ministry Initiative Fellow? Interested in becoming a Youth Ministry Initiative Fellows Program Partner Church? The Youth Ministry Initiative (“YMI”) Fellows Program supports the annual placement of twelve students passionately committed to preparing for vocations ministering with and to youth. The fellows program offers hands-on training, supervised theological reflection, and robust compensation and scholarship support. YMI Fellows commit to serving a minimum 15 hours per week (including travel and practicum time) for 32 weeks. Compensation includes the stipend offered by the YMI Partner Church supplemented by a $4,000 - $6,000 tuition scholarship paid directly to schools by YMI.
