Simeon Ajibola, over the weekend, took his political permutations a notch higher as he commenced secret mobilization of youths in the Ilorin West Local Government Area of Kwara State, arguably Kwara’s political centerpiece. Not one to suffer fools gladly, he is starting his campaign from no less a place than the ancestral birth place of the Sarakis, Agbaji, a popular compound in Ilorin. Already, e-kwara learnt that foot soldiers of the senators are mounting pressure on a popular Kwara PDP youth group, which has a base within the vicinity of Saraki’s Agabji family house. A source who is privy to the hire- wire permutations disclosed to e- kwara that representatives of Sen. Ajibola have severally visited the leadership of the Kwara Positive Force with a view to securing their endorsement. It is not however clear if the youth group has acceded to Ajibola’s request. Sen. As a concrete evidence of that, he allocated a chunk of his Ramadan gifts to our group and other youth groups within the Agabaji area. I can assure you, the rate Sen. Ajibola is going, he may upstage all these self acclaimed gladiators in this area.” He said. Sen. Ajibola, representing Kwara South Senatorial District of Kwara State, is a two term senator, who enjoys the backing of Nigeria’s Senate President, Sen. David Mark.
