2015: Why I Want To Govern Oyo State Again - Alao-Akala Former Governor of Oyo state, Otunba Alao-Akala, yesterday officially declared his interest in the gubernatorial elections of Oyo State on the platform of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and also explained why he wants to govern the state again. According to him, his government was characterized by friendly policies, people-oriented projects, job creation, opening of new roads in the rural areas ,release of grants to schools etc, and promised to do more if elected as governor come 2015.
