2015... my last year of teaching.... 36 years of wonderful students! Hard to believe! My advice for the newcomers to teaching: Be fair, Be fun, and Be Firm.... they are not your friends... they are your students.... You are the parent to many of your children, which is a sad thing to think about. Enjoy your days, walk into your classroom with joy in your heart.( Pray every morning that God will help you to endure each student) Dont have favorites... treat EACH child as a favorite. AND most of all... LOVE YOUR STUDENTS HAVE A GREAT YEAR! ( SCHOOL IS STARTING THIS WEEK)
