#2078: I see lot of confessions where associate complaint about how they bullied by colleagues, TL, PL, HR and RMG (Resource Misuse Group). Due to this kind of fungus most of employee are frustrated and abuse TCS who actually provide bread to all of us. Whenever you feel you are frustrated because of people around you try this trick, Say Nothing Be Nothing and Do Nothing. Once I tried same trick, I was looking for release from project ( After H2 when I have already secured C band :-P ) I worked hard on some shitty major incident, prior to client call to my TL took all credits of resolution (which was expected) Over call he ask me to explain how WE resolved this issue. And I followed simple funda Say Nothing Be Nothing and Do Nothing. My TL was in most embarrassing situation because he was not able to utter a single word as he was not even aware about the incident. I dont remember what actually happen over call because I was just sitting like out ex-prime minister Maun Mohan Singh :-D . In a week I got release from project, transfer to home location and my team mate got new team leader. :-)
