21-06-2013 Position: HR-Organization Development Location: Bangkok Salary: 100,000 – 150,000 baht Responsibilities: • Design and implementation of HR Organization Development programs and systems that will best optimize company’s employee, strategy, structure, processes and culture • Responsible for HR Organization Development function including Competency Development, Talent Management System, Succession Planning, Process Improvement and Project Management following business growth needs • Understands, interprets and can coach to a variety of psychometric instruments and assessment methodologies • Act as a consultant and partner with business functions in identifying and implementing relevant frameworks and processes • Plan and support for Learning & Development Action Plan and Calendar, Succession Planning and Internal Communication • Support line managers to match employee skills to job requirements and develop and promote Culture framework. • Identify “Core Competency” of workforce to support the development roadmap. • Able to be facilitate in mandatory programs and general in functional competency training. • Supervise and manage work in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization. • Involve in the prioritization of Talent Management process and lead the employee engagements that align talent management objective. • Manage and update training record, training satisfaction after training class, number of trained staffs and etc. Qualifications: • Master level of Human Resource Development, Organization Development or related disciplines • Experience in HR Organization Development consultant would be an advantage • Experience in working in Multi-national business or multi-culture environment • Proven record of strong HR Organization Development practice • In-depth knowledge of Competency Development, Talent Management System, Succession Planning, Process Improvement required • Mature, proactive, adaptable, and result-oriented • Excellent command of English both spoken and written Interested candidates, please submit your full resume and recent photo to recruitment@skillboxthailand
